Flandre Scarlet is a vampire in the Touhou series, first appearing in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil as the extra boss. Because of her immense destructive power and mentality problems, she had to be locked up in the basement of Scarlet Devil Mansion by her sister. Despite this, she seems to act like a not-emo happy little kiddie who still loves her sister. Due to how she is almost never allowed out of the aforementioned basement, Flandre has very little knowledge of the outside world and has been known to confuse snow with danmaku because of its appearance.
Flandre's theme, U.N. Owen Was Her?, is one of the most popular songs, beating even Sakuya's Luna Dial! Welp, all of us have have been McRoll'd at least once when we were Touhou newfags, so yeah.
