Chaos Control is a superpower that Shadow the Hedgehog has. Unlike Super Sonic, it requires only one Chaos Emerald, and lets Shadow teleport pretty much anywhere nearby instantly. Though Shadow is the only one who is acknowledged to wield this power, Sonic also used it, or a form of it, to escape from the capsule that Dr. Eggman sent him to his otherwise doom in from the ARK. Another is rumored to be able to wield this kind of power AND overuse it without any Chaos Emeralds but that's another story...
