Compilation games are packages of games that are branded under a single name and sold and full retail price. SEGA produces this type of game constantly, to much annoyance, especially to stall for a major release that they stopped working on to make this piece of crap anyway.

Generally though, the games on the cartridge or disc are usually made of epic win and would make the game worth it's price were it not for the advent of emulators.
