Sonic Labyrinth (InstanceTopic, 16)
From Compile Worlds
Sonic Labyrinth is a piece of crap Sonic game (surprise) for the SEGA Game Gear that takes out the two most important elements of Sonic games, speed and platforming. Thus, it is very bad all ready. To justify this fail in game design, the instruction manual staff wrote a sob-story about how Dr. Eggman finally got smart enough to take Sonic's signature speed shoes away from him and replace them with boots made from lead, which apparently is enough to turn Sonic into an ordinary slo-mo. Instead of leaping from platform to platform to epic synthesized music, the blue blur must Spin Dash awkwardly around an isometric map and collect worthless skeleton keys. It just might be shittier than that Sonic Prototype 360!
