Rikako Asakura is some heretic scientist who appeared in Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream. She's a heretic because she doesn't like magic (And yet, she's pretty good at it. What happened to "Magic will come to you if you only believe"?), treating science like a god, instead. Even Reimu isn't impressed.
The only reason why she appeared in PoDD is just so she can take a looksy at the "science" some magic-loving muggle kiddies brought, thinking they're a bunch of city ruins with science. Yeah, she's boring. T'least she has delicious glasses and rocket jetpacks.
