"FOCUS" redirects here, just because of some all-caps text in the Irisu Syndrome article which has nothing to do with this one. There happens to be a store called "FOCUS", but I seriously doubt you came here looking for that, and if you did, why are you still here, go check Wikipedia instead.
Focus is something you do in Touhou (And other bullet hell) games to move slower and change your attack style.
