Removal occurs when a silly computer program doesn't like you. It can also occur when there are at least five linked words in a row, like the previous sentence.
The most famous case of removal was when MSN removed James. He was completely distraught by this horrific event.
The second most famous case of removal, occurring about three years later, was when SEGA removed Harpy from Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary.
