Hina Kagiyama is a goddess of misfortune who hangs around the base of the Youkai Mountain. She's there to spin turn humans around to prevent them from accidentally entering the realm of the gods, as well as collecting misfortune from humans. If you get on her bad side though, she'll fill you with misfortune instead, until you wish you never saw her.

She also spends a lot of time spinning, and she's about the only known being who can constantly spin without getting dizzy. Presumably, this helps her distribute the misfortune, much like a black hole that attracts all sorts of matter and turns it into energy.
