A colon is some item that appears in Puyo Wars. There are five varieties of colon, one for each attribute in the game: water, fire, thunder, wind and light. It seems that one colon is obtained each time a battle is won.
Trivia
It is possible that the items are meant to be called columns, but the katakana for that would be コラム, whereas the actual item names say コロン.
