This is a list of somewhat Unpopular Pokémon that Chao is obsessed with. All or most of these Pokémon are disliked by Keiji for god knows what reason, but suspicions say that it's because they aren't Espeon, or any Eeevee evolution for that matter, or aren't appearing in Project Nanako.
