Team Ikaria is a one-man team, consisting solely of Keiji. They try to do awesome things, but he is often just too lazy to get the jobs done.
At least we'll definitely be seeing XYTT released in May this year, because that's his University project, so it'll get done~ and maybe open up the path to the future even more projects he's been wanting to make for ages.
