OpStart GC (abbreviated OSGC) was the first in a series of general-purpose websites maintained by Keiji and powered by PHP and MySQL. Keiji had had previous websites, but these had been using static HTML, and no known record of them remains.

At the time, the website was still called OpStart, however the name OSGC is now used for clarity.

OSGC was the result of a merger between OpStart, Keiji's last static website, and GamezCentre, a phpBB2-powered forum run by Aaron, a friend of his at the time. The website, which was hosted on Aaron's webspace, lasted between April 21, 2004 (when the merger took place) and December 17, 2004 (when the hosting ran out subsequent to Aaron's disappearance from the internet).
