Carlos Ray "Chuck" Norris (or Chuck Norris, preferably) is a totally cool American martial artist guy who's capable of all sorts of cool stuff, like the inabilty to be searched for (not even by Google), making a mountain out of a molehill or winning talent shows by signing up. Whatever it is he's able to do, it sure involves upping to 11 and going beyond the impossible. Chuck himself says that God is the only being that surpasses him, and is the main reason why he can up to 12. But we all know he's just faking modesty, now, don't we?
