Hydrophobia (ConceptTopic, 3)

Hydrophobia is a phobia in which the victim has an excessive or exaggerated fear of water. Sonic the Hedgehog is the most famous hydrophobic ever. Wikipedia however, claims hydrophobia doesn't exist and that it is only a symptom of rabies...which means Sonic has rabies! D:

A counter argument to the above statement is that hydrophobia is more a fear of drowning or being unable to swim than a fear of water.
