IQ (ConceptTopic, 2)
From Compile Worlds
IQ stands for intelligence quotient. It is a measure of how smart one particular person is, but having a big IQ doesn't always mean that you actually are smarter. Take Dr. Eggman and Tails for example. Usually, it is written as a number, designed so that the world population will average at 100. So a number lower than 100 is dumb, above 100 is generally smart, 135 is Keiji, 300 is Eggman, 444 is fail, and if your IQ is over 9000, the machine that tested you is probably broken.
