Kawachat is a Web chat application made specifically for Kawachan. It was launched the day after Kawachan's Seecret Friday Update!

Actually, it's specialized for roleplaying, because trying to roleplay in any ordinary IRC client is just that annoying!

As of version 0.7, Kawachat was renamed to TIMP (Team Ikaria Messaging Protocol) WebChat and moved to http://timp.im/ .

Names

Remember that Kawachat was going to have graphical maps and rooms and the like to make roleplaying much easier? Well...

That makes it a bit like an MMO, and a bit like Minecraft, so why not call it Kawammocraft?
That looks a bit like Kawa Momo Craft... translating those first two words gives us River Peach Craft!
That shares its acronym with Remote Procedure Call...
- which contained the loopholes that Sasser and MSBlaster exploited... Let's call it Sasserblaster then...
But that sounds like a retardedly-named, overpowered weapon!
- What other such retardedly-named, overpowered weapons do we know of? Oh yeah, the Shadow Cannon™!
- But that was invented inside Kawachat itself! How about calling it The App That Spawned Its Own Name 2/2Selfref Bootstrapping, or TATSION?

As of July 10, 2011, Kawachat now picks randomly from all these titles.
