It's a giant enemy crab, a crab that's enlarged by nuclear accidents, and you have to hit its weak point to get the foo out of here.
Or, if you're a Pokemon whose names happen to be Krabby, Kingler, Corphish or Crawdaunt, chances are that people will shock or hit you to death with a leaf.
