Hoppywoodoo is the result of Alpha!Dave using JPEG artifacts to remake Hollywood after getting filthy enough with riches from making other JPEG artifacts through I don't really know how. He did this because of his successful career in movie making, most notably Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff: The Moive and its sequels. Everyone wants to go to Hopywoodoo, clearly.
