Kamek the Magikoopa, also known as Fang, is a magikoopa, and Bowser's highest subordinate. He was formerly Bowser's caregiver and possibly leader of the Koopa's army in general. Appearing as a personal antagonist to Yoshi, he appears numerous times as both a solo villain and in cahoots with Bowser attempting to have his revenge. Despite making appearances in platformers, he never ever gets a playable appearance apart from the bastardized version of Panel De Pon.
