Monoko is a girl living in the monochrome world in Yume Nikki. She's believed to have been involved in some sort of road accident, possibly the same accident that involved the corpse in the forest world.
In the presence of a red light, her body changes in several ways. Her left arm splits at the shoulder, her right at the elbow, and she grows a fifth arm from the top of her head. Her left eye is also seen to melt (which provides an interesting topological ambiguity), and a vortex appears in her stomach. Apparently, these mutilations makes her moe.
