Tako Luka is the result of imagining Megurine Luka's hair as octopus tentacles. Like Hachune Miku, she is quite well-loved in the internet, especially by them Japanese, and is usually seen alongside her source character. Even though she's a freaking waddling head with some likeliness with abominations that love to take it easy, there's really nothing to fear about her. She's still as nice as her source character~♪
Tako Luka, being a mascot, usually has the same voice as her source character. Having her own (really high-pitched) voice is quite common too, though.
