A ghost is the apparent physical existence of the soul of a dead person (or in some cases, someone who was never "alive" in the first place, but that's also another entity). Many people fear ghosts, but they can be quite friendly and fun if you get to know them. Wait a minute. Why are people scared of ghosts again even though they greatly miss a loved one who has passed away?
