Kawacµan2 (also written Kawachan2 for those who cannot type a 'mu') is the successor to Kawachan. It was written from scratch by Keiji to get rid of the complete fail that is MediaWiki. It has all of MediaWiki's actually useful features and adds a ton of new ones.
No, it's not vaporware. You just wait for the third anniversary. Maybe, just maybe, it'll be done by then.
