Neptune is the goddess of Planeptune. However, after someone decided that it was boring for the four goddesses to be fighting day in day out, year after year, she was chosen to be the one to be - quite literally - kicked out of Celestia, and so she fell to the ground, losing her memory entirely, except for her name.

It was Compa who came across and saved her, and started her journey to release Histoire from her seal, meeting the other CPUs along the way and convincing them to stop fighting each other, as a common enemy began to emerge...

Personality-wise, Neptune is a complete airhead, though it's not clear whether this is as a result of her amnesia, or whether this is how she already was before. She loves pudding, and will do anything for it. When transformed into Purple Heart, she becomes more serious, but still has a bit of an impulsive side to her.
