Chihiro Fujisaki is a character first introduced in Dangan Ronpa, and is possibly the cutest character in the game, if not the whole series. She is a student of Hope's Peak Academy who was recognized for her talent as a Super High School Level Programmer thanks to having written and published lots of awesome programs even without having to stay up until 6AM.
We do not know what her opinion on kittens is, but while other programmers are into lolis, Chihiro herself is a loli, so of course, fellow programmers and the rest of the internet (in-game and in real life) love her so very much. And you will too when you are graced with even a mere image of her smile. Just ask Naegi, who was graced with an actual sight.
