Magic Jail seems to be exactly what it says on the tin as a place you are incarcerated at in the Madou World if you have committed magical crimes. However, no one is exactly sure if that's actually what it is, since Patchouli and the Librarian both claim it is a library, and the fact that you can also be thrown in a cell for life if you are a serial muffin thief further blurs the clarity. Mikki, or an impostor thereof, has done business with them, repairing their walls after muffin enthusiasts blow holes in them.
