Rose Lalonde is a character from Homestuck.
Eyebrows
Rose Lalonde's eyebrows are exactly what it says on the tin. Though the thickness of these eyebrows are nothing compared to that of her coolkid-of-a-friend's own, they are still quite noteworthy for how they quickly rise and fall for each second that passes. This has been demonstrated in one flash of the comic, in which her alien friend finds his brain unable to take the suggestiveness of the situation.
Obviously, there are other eyebrows with such abilities, but this pair of brows takes the cake.
