A Color Ticket is apparently something you need in Puyo Wars to change the colors of Puyo at a Color Change Spring. Not much is known about them right now.
Keiji has a hunch that they are the same thing as the colons, but since they're given different key names in-game, there is doubt about this. Indeed, in Stage 13, the player gets a color ticket and a Wind Colon consecutively.
