'''Flandre Scarlet''' is a [[vampire]] in the [[Touhou series]], first appearing in [[Embodiment of Scarlet Devil]] as the [[extra boss]]. Because of her [[over 9000|immense]] [[destructive]] [[power]] and [[mentality problems]], she had to be locked up in the [[basement]] of [[Scarlet Devil Mansion]] by [[Remilia Scarlet|her sister]]. Despite this, she seems to act like a not-emo [[happy little kiddie]] who still loves her sister. Due to how she is almost never allowed out of the aforementioned basement, Flandre has very little knowledge of the [[Gensokyo|outside world]] and has been known to confuse [[snow]] with [[danmaku]] because of its appearance.

Flandre's theme, ''U.N. Owen Was Her?'', is one of the most [[popular]] songs, beating even [[Sakuya]]'s ''Luna Dial''! Welp, [[You|all of us have]] have been [[McRoll]]'d at least once when we were Touhou [[newfag]]s, [[so yeah]].
