The Scrambler is some doohickey invented by Yukabacera meant to translate Komato-Tasen speech to any human language. But of course, his sad attempts instead turned it to the silliness switch that not only causes poor Iji to find too much importance in her socks, but also to make Asha speak mostly in emotes and sounds.
