February 18 marks the founding of Kumizone. The website was created as an effort to document humor by four people, but two of them ditched the site the next day. After a while, Kumizone was completely abandoned. However, it made its return in preparation for the anniversary of 2009.

On April 2, 2009, activity at Kumizone restarted. Too bad this was over a month after the anniversary.

On the 2010 anniversary, the front page was updated in celebration.
