English is a really crappy language. While it does not feature gender like most European languages, it does have completely arbitrary pronunciation rules and over 9000 special cases for derivative spelling.

On the flip side, though, stupid languages are always a good thing when it comes to parody, such as word games, especially Arch Coda which gave rise to the toastcard.
