Fakemon are fan-made Pokémon.

Spelling

Whatever you do, you must not spell "Fakemon" with an e-acute ("é"). If you do, this shortens the "a" sound, emphasising the "fak" part. And as you probably didn't know yet, "fakku" is Japanese for "fuck". Therefore, Fakémon = Fuckymon. This is not what you want to call your fan-made Pokémon, so just don't do it, OK?
