A blue screen of death is what happens when Microsoft Windows has a hissy fit. Originally, this could occur just when your Windows-tan clone was feeling a bit depressed, but since Windows XP the stakes have been raised to it shitting itself, so you should always clean out your computer after witnessing one of these disasters (and if you have a laptop, check your legs too, because it probably all got squished out the fan grille).
