Boobies is the pural of boobie which is greater than a boob. By adding ies to boob you turn it from someone stupid in to something win!
Boobies are round lumps attached to a hot girls chest (unless she is loli then she has none). If they are on anyone but a hot girl they are only referred to as boobs. To achieve boobies status you must be dubbed hot.
