Shiina Mitsuku is a ridiculously popular student council president. Well that's understandable, as she looks just like Wikipe-tan. It's rumored they're twins.

Mitsuki also seems to have some connection with the Puyo characters, as she wears the wing emblem on her hair. I wonder what that could lead to...
