Reversion, not to be confused with Eversion, is a common practice on wikis where you look at an edit that someone made, think "what the hell is this guy on?", and decide it was better before s/he edited the page. So in a couple of clicks it's back to how it was, and that unfortunate individual just wasted anywhere from five seconds to seven hours (the current known record edit time; set by Keiji when he extracted data for about 200 enemies from Touhou Mother to put on Touhou Wiki; thankfully, of course, he didn't get reverted).

Reversion can sometimes lead to disputes, and at other times can start edit wars which themselves lead to disputes and in some cases banning. So revert with care!

Wikipedia, for example, has a "three-revert rule", where you shouldn't revert someone three times in 24 hours, or it should go to the talk page.

...Kawachan doesn't have talk pages! D: (Or maybe it's a yay in disguise?)
