Pictomancers are mages that use magical ink to bring their drawings to life there by duplicating the moves of their foes, their foe or anything they feel like drawing at that time. The first pictomacer was Relm. She has a foul mouth and can give any of the AAA a run for their money.
Pictomancers should have a power level of over 9000 when it comes to drawing but their fighting skills nill, thus they can never be as epic as a Red Mage.
