Vert is the goddess of Leanbox. Of the four, she's the only one who's not interested in the Console War that they were supposed to be taking part in (Neptune also isn't interested, but she doesn't count since that's because she lost her memory). She's much happier staying in her room and playing MMOs, and when you hear the Basilicom tell you she's busy, that's probably what she's busy with.
In Chapter 3, IF, who is a huge fan of the Lady Green Heart, accidentally walks into her room... which you'd expect to end in disaster, but actually, Vert takes a liking to her, and decides she can't let IF leave without coming with her. So, beginning a most adorable canon couple, she joins your party, leaving Yvoire and Ran-Ran in charge of the Basilicom.
