Boobies are round lumps attached to a hot girls chest (unless she is loli then she has none). If they are on anyone but a hot girl they are only referred to as boobs. To achieve boobies status you must be dubbed hot.
One known way to create boobies is to key the sequence '5318008' onto any ordinary calculator, then turning it upside down. This ritual invokes several unnameable dark spirits to magically create artificial boobies.
