Ganache is an important sub-villain in the Neptunia series. He heads up the technical division of Avenir, sending killer robot after killer robot against the protagonists - so many of them that both of the game's rescue scenes involve some of them being blown up, first by MAGES. and later by MarvelousAQL.
He is fanatically obsessed with the woman he calls White Heart, but this is actually Fake White Heart, i.e. Arfoire in one of her many disguises. Shortly after this fake disappears, Avenir gets broken up by the protagonists, and Ganache also disappears, obviously mourning his loss.
Canonically, he turns into a good guy at the end of the game, much like Singe did as soon as Avenir was broken up, but maybe that's not what happens in C♥W...
