People who suffer from guilt complex often apologize, feel guilt or put the blame on themselves far more often than necessary. Whether it's actually their fault or not, they still apologize anyway. Normal people actually suffer such cases from time to time, but when you blame yourself for every little thing for such outrageous reasons, you might just have a problem.
