A meme which comes from the anime series WORKING!!, in which Inami Mahiru is androphobic (has a fear of men) but has a crush on the main male character, Takanashi, who is often forced into crossdressing against his will. His crossdressed form is called "Kotori-chan", cause apparently that's what you get if you read the kanji somewhat differently. Now, in a certain doujin h-manga, Inami makes love to his crossdressed form, but still ends up hitting him anyway after his wig falls off. The title of that manga? "It's Kotori-chan, so it's totally okay~!"
