Homestuck is a webcomic on MS Paint Adventures, made by Andrew Hussie. It is epic and contains many lulz to be had. The plot is centered about a human called John and his friends, playing a reality-warping game called SBURB. They have many fantastic adventures, and meet some interstellar, time-travelling (I think) trolls, whom the fanbase like to dote over.
As TV Tropes puts it, it is amazing. It's an amazing webcomic. It's also an amazing video game. It's also an amazing Web Animation series. It's also an amazing piece of literature. It's also an amazing show of artwork. It's also an amazing show of music. It's also an amazing plot. About the only thing it's not is an amazing three-course dinner.
