== Character Concept ==
[[User:Chao|Chao]] had decided before the end of [[SHAME]] that the next arc of Compile Worlds that was his would have a prominent focus on the [[Puyo Spirits]]. Each of these spirits represents a color and element as dictated by [[Puyo Wars]]. Serra, the one to represent light, was designed third. She is an ethereal, almost [[Ekoro]] like being, with long, flowing, iridescent hair.

Her name is a corrupted abbreviation of [[wikipedia:Seraph|Seraph]].
