モデルは、恐らくはMD版『魔導Ⅰ』に登場する二人のドッペルゲンガーアルル、「やさしいドッペル」と「ワルル」であろう。
There are perhaps two model Arle clones, appearing in the Mega Drive version of MMI: "Friendly Doppel" and "Warle".

「紫の衣装」「幻夢の世界（ファントムゾーン）」「自ら勝負を持ちかけてきて、勝つと力を与えてくれる」などの点が共通している。
Terms like "purple costume", "the illusion world (phantom zone)" and "one approached themself, gaining the power to win" are common.

しかし、あくまでアルルの鏡像であり影分身であったドッペルゲンガーたちと、リリスは似ているようで根本的に異なっている。
However, while these are only the mirror image of Arle [Doppel] and the dark alter ego of Arle [Warle], saying that Lilith is a lookalike is fundamentally different.

ドッペルゲンガーたちは「アルルに似ていた」。
