She was created by [[Keiji]] in a spur of the moment decision, debuting in {{Episode|45}} where she displays her godly expertise by finding [[Omega]] very quickly and summoning her to <s>the council meeting room</s> Kanon's office just as quickly. It goes without saying that she also prepares tea for the guests at the time.

Liechi's distinctive feature appearance-wise is her green and white checkered skirt. Other than that she has a plain white blouse, and short, straight black hair. Oddly for an otherwise smartly-dressed young girl, her footwear is short white socks and trainers. How she doesn't find that mismatching is anyone's guess.
