In the remakes HeartGold and SoulSilver, their role was expanded slightly to have them appear as reoccurring characters, much like [[Diamond and Pearl]]'s [[Cynthia]]. However, unlike speculation suggested, two more sisters wielding [[Leafeon]] and [[Glaceon]] were not added. Also unlike many fan-remakes and speculations, the Kimono Girls in HeartGold and SoulSilver did not wear different colored [[kimono]]s to represent their Eevee's type.
